2. Service

FameOrbit provides AI-powered content generation tools for social media creators. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes IP rights, harasses others, or violates the usage policies of our third-party AI providers.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Usage limits reset monthly. Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free tier.

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate. We retain no license to your generated outputs beyond what is required to operate the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from the billing page.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing before publishing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameOrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [your city].
