Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FameOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
